[SOLVED] "New posts" vs "Unread posts"?

Post by wallyUSA »

In the forum, what are considered "New posts"?

I thought it would be posts that are brand new to the forum (no replies or no views). However, I see posts there that have been around for a while and many that even have replies. So why are these considered "new"?
TIA

New posts. Not new topics.

Unread posts lists topics with posts you've not read. New posts lists topics that have the newest (most recent) posts on them.
