Gnome power manager not apearing!

I have removed the gnone power manager from the lower taskbar and now I want to add it to the upper taskbar...

how can I do this? i have searched but found nothing!

Right-click ... "Add to Panel" .... :lol:

there is no gnome power manager on that option....
like there is no gnome search button too...

the power manager that apears on that menu isn't the gnome power manager...

it is the notification area on menu options
