Firefox Containers: How to see assigned sites?

1 - How do I see a list of the sites I have assigned to a particular Firefox Container?
It seems the site only shows in its assigned container when I have the site open... right?
So what if I just want to see a list of all sites I have assigned to a particular container?
No matter weather the site is open or not... how do I do that?

2 - Firefox ask: "Assign to Current Container"
When that is asked how do I tell which is the "Current Container" ??
