Boot problems - Acer C270 ChromeOS to Linux Mint

Hello,
Please help me solve these BOOT problem(s).

Hardware:
atmel_mxt_ts 12c-ATM0001:00: mxt_bootloader_read:12c recv failed (-121) -one line message
atmel_mxt_ts 12c-ATM0001:00: mxt_bootloader_read:12c recv failed (-121) - showed 2x on detail
atmel_mxt_ts 12c-ATM0001:00: mxt_red_reg: 12c transfer failed (-121) -showed (1) detail

Machine : Chromebook Acer C270, from Chrome OS to Linux Mint 20.1
I flushed the old system and uses UEFI for boot
I also have errors on my UEFI boot
on the shell I have issues on FS0, FS1 and BLK
I don't know if this was related or not.
When I hit ESC it asked me where to boot first
If UEFI I always got stuck on that shell; If I used Ubuntu or Linux Mint - it booted but flashes the errors so quickly but it gets the job done - I will be on Linux Mint.

I want to solve this before it creates serious problem later.
