Lockscreen I want press spacebar to input password

Post by jughead88 »

Hi there,

I am a long time Linux user, Distrohopper.
I am always switching from distros to distros, but always come back to Ubuntu Gnome and Linux Mint.

I prefer LM, but it is lacking one feature I like more on Gnome. You have to press a key (Spacebar for me) to unlock the screen and then you can type your password.
I am used to do this, and each time I install LM, I forgot to just enter my password right away and always press the spacebar to unlock the screen and then I have to delete the "space" from the password and type it again.

It seems like a little problem, but it is very annoying for me. So is there a way to add that to the LM Lockscreen ? I am using Cinnamon by the way.

Thank you.
