I am using Mint (xfce 19.3 32-bit) on my notebook mainly to transcribe and edit lectures in Hebrew.
Unforyunately, while keyboard layout is set to hebrew, almost no hotkeys works (ctrl+a, ctrl+v etc have no effect; non-alphabetical hotkeys, such as ctrl+end, do work).
All hotkeys work well on english.
Any suggestion?
