desktop menu not closing after pressing windows key again

With no system info given I have seen Compiz do this--
usually with no windows open on the desktop.
If you are using the compiz window manager try selecting another

edit: I now see this is a Cinnamon issue so not a compiz related problem

If your on Cinnamon 5.4 (Min21) this is now fixed and should come to you via an update soon.

so I think it's because of video downloader being install to my desktop, this happens when I open qt5 settings and video downloader at the same time () I completly have remove video downloader (flatpaks and everything) but I still have this issue (com.github.unrud.VideoDownloader)
