How to add programs(shortcuts) to Menu ?

Can someone tell me how to add programs or shortcut of program in the Mint Menu (places, Systems, Internet, Graphics .....) ???

Just right-click on the Menu and goto edit menu. Click on new item on the right then type the name and command (what you'd type into the terminal to start the program) in the boxes. You can then drag the new program to the section you want it in and in the right order
