Workspace Switcher[SOLVED]

Post by Cariboo »

Hello everybody,
I have a new installation LinuxMint4.0 from live CD and I only have one workspace.
I can't find a "workspace switcher" either.
What can I do to get 2 or more workspaces :?:

EDIT:
Thank you both, Zwopper and seba,
Yes, it works fine!!!
I'm really having fun with LinuxMint

* Right click on some free space in the upper or lower panel and chose "Add to panel"
* It should be the first choice... ...don't know what it's called, I use Swedish language.
** If compiz is activated, try "Ctrl" + "Alt" and use "arrow left", "arrow right" or "arrow down".

Hope it helps!

Good luck!

This is how I do it and it works, maybe there are other ways to do it but I don't know.
If you have already installed compizconfig-settings-manager (if not, open synaptic package manager and search for that program and install it).
The you select the program 'appearance' and on the tab 'visual effects' select 'custom'.
Then, open the program compizconfig settings manager.
Then select 'General options' and under the tab ' Desktop Size' change the value for what you want. You can have a 'cube' of 4 windows or 5 or 6, whatever you want.
Have fun!
