OMG -- finally

Congratulations Team Mint! Sitting around competing with another SE in the early days at "the computer is the network" I finally quad-booted some 486 laptop. I think one of the O/S'es was even OS2 Warp.
So, initially I thought Novell would finally put together a rational Linux desktop, but then they did an about face. But, I just been driving my new Linux Mint running on a Macbook Pro under Parallels and I couldn't be happier. Dudes, thanks! Most of what I've saved all my life since writing a BASIC interpreter on a PDP-45 has been saved on Solaris, not knowing if or which distro would survive the long haul.
Don't get me wrong, I miss Solaris terribly but if M$ is now charging for Skype, who knows what Larry will do to UNIX. Pity all the good ones are gone: TANDEM, Informix, Sun -- but, you guys give me hope.
Thanks, at midnight PST -- how appropriate,
Marty
