Hello everyone

I've just begun to use Linux Mint (Ihave release 14 with KDE) and I must say I like it very much so far.
I'm migrating from another Linux distro that I have been using for quite a long while and I was a little hesitant to make the plunge into a new distro, but I'm finding the experience less painfull than I imagined it would be.
There have been little wrinkles along the path though. Right off the bat when I tried Amarok, it hung, so I removed it and installed Clementine. That worked without difficulties.
I'll probably ask many questions once I get a better feel for this distro, but for the present I've been able to overcome any difficulties that I've run into thanks to the solid base provided by Linux Mint.
