Hello everybody!

Postby kabeen » Sat Jul 26, 2014 7:39 am

Hi guys,

I'm Krzysztof from Poland and I'd like Linux to be main OS on my PC :-) I have tried so many distros since I was a student (like for 10 years now) but it never worked for more than few days/weeks. I hope Mint will be different, and I must say I quite enjoy it so far :-)
I'm a Java developer, so first things to do will be installing Oracle JDK or use Open JDK that comes with Mint + install IntelliJ IDEA. And, I love Blizzard games, so I must search for some way to run it on Wine for example :-)

Cheers :-D

The idea that Bill Gates has appeared like a knight in shining armour to lead all customers out of a mire of technological chaos neatly ignores the fact that it was he who, by peddling second-rate technology, led them into it in the first place.
