Hello

Post by historygirllfc » Sat Dec 10, 2016 1:18 pm

I'm new to Linux and Mint in particular although I did use a previous version of Ubuntu on an old laptop a few years ago. I may well ask some silly questions along the way but if you don't ask you don't get. :)

I look forward to learning a lot more about Linux from you all.

Welcome to the Mint family forums.
Most problems already have a fix

If you need to ask please copy and paste the result of terminal code inxi -Fnx with your question
And take your time to avoid disappointment.

The idea that Bill Gates has appeared like a knight in shining armour to lead all customers out of a mire of technological chaos neatly ignores the fact that it was he who, by peddling second-rate technology, led them into it in the first place.
