Going from W10 to LM18.2

Post by The_Hellequin » Wed Aug 09, 2017 9:56 pm

Hello all. I'm making a big jump; I'm leaving my W10 partition behind and going to Linux! I look forward to being an active participant here on the forums and I hope you guys can help me when I need it later. :D

Welcome to our Forum
:D

do have a read of this Tutorial:
viewtopic.php?f=42&t=163126
it's written for win-8x, but does apply to win-10 as well.

& it's also written for dual_booting Linux with Windows,
but read it anyway, even if you don't intend to dual_boot the two systems.

If you need to ask please copy and paste the result of terminal code inxi -Fnx with your question
And take your time to avoid disappointment.
