Hi all new to Linux and shopping around for the Distro for me... have Mint dual booted and Ubuntu on a USB... and have struggled with the terminal and commands to get it dual booted...Fortunatly I have a friend on linux for a long time to get me sorted... anyway, happy to be here and loving to learn

Somebody needs to tweak the forum sign up algorithm.

cosmo looks a lot like Cosmo. don't you think?

There was some discussion about this in the Moderators forum before that name was approved. I didn't follow it all, but it appears they decided it was not a big enough problem to worry about.

Something I didn't realize when I posted my remark is that cosmo ... erm .. the original Cosmo. ... no longer posts in this forum. I suspect he might take umbrage to this situation if he was still here.

Yes, Cosmo disappears without a word and one month to the day later cosmo appears. This was not lost on me.

I had to do a double-take too! Wonder if Cosmo. will be back? Anyone seen him on another forum?
