Newbie Introduction

Hello.

I am finally installing Linux as the OS for my laptop in preparation for using it for the OS for a new desktop I plan to build.

I have played around a bit with the Raspbian distro on Raspberry Pi, but this will be the first foray into using it as the main OS.

Nearing retirement and looking for a new challenge.
