I use KDE mint on PC and Notebook
Aged 88 always learning something new.
Made my solo trip to Japan this year and enjoyed meeting the people
Now studing how to type a few words in Japanese in Libre Office writer
Used synaptic to install ibus and have Icon on taskbar for ibus Preferences
Sofar no Japanese prints in office writer
I just need the right infromation to complete my Keyboard to Japanese

Welcome aboard, foil20! "Introduce yourself" probably isn't the best place to get solutions to problems you are having. Post your questions in the appropriate forums section with a short description of the problem in the subject line. You're more likely to get results that way!
