I might be an old goat, but I'm fairly new to Mint and I'm new to the forum so... Hello!
I've been running Mint on an old laptop that has saved my skin (allowed me to pay my rent and other bills) while I rebuild my desktop PC. It has been a lifesaver, to be sure. Amazing how much of my life is dependent upon Encryptr and HTTPS these days, lol.
Well, all the work involved in trying to rebuild my PC from scrap parts led me to volunteering with Free Geek Toronto (gratuitous plug) where we encourage the use of Mint and utilize it to bring life to old computers. So, I need to get a bit more involved with Mint. Thanks for the forum!
