Thinkpad T430s install and I am new too

hello everyone!

I'm like new-ish in linux, especially Mint. Installed for 2 weeks or so now and used everyday for work(on my work from home shift). So far the laptop I'm using is T430 16GB RAM, i5 2.6GHz, 240GB SSD. i've been using/playing with Mandriva, Fedora, Ubuntu years ago and came back to linux now to improve my skills. A colleague recommended the distro Linux Mint, which I'm really impressed how fast is running on my laptop.
I had some challenges with some pieces here and there, but I found answers on forums. Glad to be here and to learn more and more about using Linux Mint. I'll address my questions on other threads as this is not the right place.
