Old SC Linux Intro

Post by spearmint »

Greetings all - This SC Just came across this Forum. Hope you all may understand I haven't the foggiest idea concerning Linux. Only explanation I can give is that I'm having one of those senior moments. Purchased Linux Mint 18.3 - 32 Bit - Cinnamon from ShopLinuxOnline.com off ebay. Also have a few more distros coming in along with a Linux Book. Not sure how far this will go before my ADD :) gets the best of me. Hope this helps somewhat as an intro. Sp USAF 62-66

hooah spearmint - I married a USAF brat - her dad flew C130,C141 and a few others.

Anyway, don't buy anymore linux software - it's a rip-off - linux is free - and you will get all the support you need right here. I donate every so often because I think the Linux Mint team does outstanding work but there is never any pressure or even mention of donating here - I just think personally it is something I want to do.
