Hello, everyone, I am joining the Linux Mint community, and the reason being is that even though I have used Windows since XP, I'm just not too happy about the way I've seen it with the privacy, ads, etc., so, I've decided to try Linux Mint and it's been very interesting. It has worked very well with my slower secondary desktop since I chose to replace Windows 10 with Mint on it.
Have a good one. ^^

Welcome aboard, TunesAndCPUs! A lot of people come here and say that Win10 was the last straw. I installed Mint on a computer for my sister who lives out of town a couple of years ago. She is in town now, and I asked her if she ever has any desire to go back to Windows. No desire at all. Never. Most people who try it feel that way.

Thank you!
Thanks! And, I understand. It just stinks as some people and myself really like Windows but just hate the direction it's going.jimallyn wrote: ⤴Tue May 15, 2018 2:11 am Welcome aboard, TunesAndCPUs!
