Introduction

Post by Alstewart767 »

Hi all,
I have been using Mint since the end of the so called free upgrade period from older versions of Windows to Windows 10. I have mostly opted out of Windows and seem to mainly boot it up to install upgrades. I have installed Win 10 on a few laptops and dual boot with Mint. I have been using Mint Cinnamon through all the versions of 18 and have been hanging out for the 19 beta release.

I am very much a newbie still. I like to fiddle with installations on different drives and computers. That is my way of learning. I like to research things and try them out.

I am very pleased to use Mint and congratulate all concerned in their efforts to create and maintain great OS options and software.
cheers Al :D
