Hey all, I'm coming back to linux from a hiatus. I used it for about six moths a few years ago and had trouble, mainly with programs that I couldn't get to run. I ended up going back to windows and updated it to windows 10. Fortunately windows still sucks and started to slow down again, figured I'd do a dual boot and use windows for the few programs I need to use on there.
Anyway, I'd like to use linux as my main os, so I'm sure I'll be searching the forums a lot.
Thanks again

Welcome back Tuna.
Just take it easy on a lot of the optional programs and APPs. Get to know them thoroughly and download/install them through the software manager. downloading them outside oftentimes leads to problems that neither you or the developer want to see. Wierd installations seem to be 90% of the problems with the distro's noted by me.
200+ installs of LM Cinnamon without bugs related to software.
