Happy New User from Seattle WA

Post by Inxayne » Tue Oct 16, 2018 1:06 am

Hello all!

Name is Chris and I'm originally from Upstate NY. My wife and I have been living in Seattle for about 6 Months and I'm working full time for an Environmental Company based in New Jersey.

Computers have been my life from the start of age 6 when I woke up one morning and found a TRS-80 Color Computer in the living room. I coded BASIC for years and then a friend had an IBM. ANYWAY enough of the quick BIO...

I feel as if I found a family I've been looking for for MANY years! I cant say it enough how happy I am using Linux Mint. From the ease of installation to the huge amount of resources and support from others is amazing. I want to thank all of you who've made this happen for all of us users and appreciate everything you do. Looking forward to helping any way I can and cant wait to see what's to come!

Thank you! - Chris

Hi Chris, I remember the Trash 80, it was also my first experience with computers. A friend had one, and that sparked my interest.
