After distro hopping and deciding to settle on Mint (several times) I've finally given up with Arch (stuff breaks, last one was to reset all permissions to RO....on MY files and folders) Ubuntu is good, as are the spin offs (yep tried most of them) but recently some packages have been removed from the repos, including Darktable. May not sound like a big issue, but I usse my PC for my photography as well, and I like Darktable. So downloaded latest Mint, live boot and .....it's there. Rebuild later and all up and running as I ant so I sorry all, to quote Arnie, I'm back
