Hi everyone, a semi-convert here

Post by merzbow »

Always hated using Windows, always been interested in switching to Linux, never had the confidence / made the effort to actually do so... But recently I dusted off an old laptop, formatted it, installed Mint, and started playing around. It was barely even functional just a few days ago, now it does a pretty good job at being a secondary machine for programming. There's still some obstacles to get over (that's partially why I joined this forum), and there's a whole lot to learn, but I hope that I'll gain the experience and confidence to install Linux on my main computer soon.
