My name is Isabel and I switched to Linux on my laptop after it got really slow due to Windows and manufacturer bloatware. The thing finally died about six months after, but I still got some use out of it at least. After buying a new laptop, my first move was to install Mint on it and you'd probably have to pay me to switch back to Windows now!

It's kinda crazy to see that people still use message boards like these in the age of social media and Reddit, but this seems to be a pretty healthy community. Kudos to y'all!
