Want new password

Hi! I'm Don Massey and I'm trying to set up LM 19.3, however, I'm working to drop WINDOWs and I look forward to
that day. I requested a temporary PW (password), but NOW I can't go to the place to change my PW. Is there
anyplace I can receive help to do this?
