Hello all and Thank you!

Post by fat_beard »

Hello all and thank you for helping people out like me on these forums.

I am again trying out Linux from a hiatus from Ubuntu a few years back and now on Mint 19.3 Cinnamon;

Due to the recent Windows 7 no longer being supported, well I thought to tip my toe's back in the Linux Pool.

I have this old system and my roommate and I did a full de duster and re arrange the wiring and added new HDD I had laying around for more space. Installed a fresh version of Linux Mint 19.3(I want to try LMDE later) So far so good.

I am a Trekkie and MTG player;

I am getting my associates in I.T.(just starting out)

So thank you all again!

Yes, trickle down to Linux, been wanting to for a while since I used ubuntu when it was 10.04 I think it was. How ever I had to use a lot of windows programs for work and I was to new for Linux to fully understand what to do and I didn't want to do partitions or VM's because I was afraid was not going to be able to use my Windows again. Didn't have a Key or extra computers or HDD's at the time. Now I have multiples of everything.
