Hi All.

I'm getting back into Linux after an extended break. I've used Mint before, many years ago when Cinnamon was a baby. I hear good things now (it was a bit rough back then)!

I'll be mostly questions in the beginning, but hope to become a useful contributor in the long run. Anyhoo, I'm pretty exited to be getting back into this awesome OS and conversing with you all.

-- Welcome back Nick! Yeah LM cinnamon has come a good ways, especially since early 2011 ( when I first dipped my toes into this pool). It wasn't until LM 20 Cinnamon in late July 2020 in which I felt I could finally make my 100% migration from Winwoes to Linux, and I couldn't be happier --

I'm currently dual booting with Win10 for gaming only. ALL the rest of my life will be on Linux Mint which is how it was before. However gaming has come so far along in Linux I'm shocked. I'm mainly a Steam user and their Proton setup looks awesome. How things have changed!
