Hello Linux Mint people everywhere.
My Windows laptop from 2012 was recently converted to Linux Mint. My brother-in-law was/is a computer expert and introduced me to Personal PC's with a Graphical User Interface in the mid-to-late 80's. I used them mainly for Word Processing and DeskTop Publishing back then but I missed out on learning about the inner workings of computers. I bought a raspberry pi and accessories a couple of years ago and tinkered around but didn't really get into it. I am more motivated now to understand more about how computers work and learning more about Linux seems a good way to do it. My aim is to broaden my knowledge, have the confidence to delve into and use technology more easily and be able to make more sense of what I read on forums like this.
Thanks
Fireflash
