Hello Linux people!

I'm an old, but new Linux Mint User in a sense. I played with Linux years ago but just couldn't make a go of it back then. I just recently came back and have found Linux has forged ahead leaps and bounds. I guess the straw that broke my back was MS's decision of their new standards on Win11. Since installing Linux Mint, I find it much faster than Win10 and I'm really enjoying it! No bloatware, spyware, etc. I use my computers for both work and play. I was able to get the two games I play the most working on steam. That was exciting! These are non-listed games that haven't been tested yet. There are other work-related programs I would like to get to work that I have not found Linux alternatives yet. But I will make do. So at the moment, I do have a Dual booting setup when I need to use those programs. I look forward to the day when many of these programs will also be made for Linux! In any case, I'm glad to be with Linux and am enjoying it immensely. I enjoy the satisfaction of researching and finding the solutions in making things work. Every day I'm learning more and moving ahead. Perhaps one day I will be a power user! We shall see! Have a great day guys and gals!
