Hello, my name is Abhinav Yadav. I am pursuing B.Tech. from IET Ayodhya in Computer Science & Engineering. Currently, I am in fifth semester of my third year. I have started using Linux Mint very recently as my first OS after Windows.

I have studied in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) school. After which I am pursuing for undergraduate degree - B.Tech. (CSE).

So B.Tech. the same as IT? (please excuse my ignorance)

One can pursue B.Tech. in IT (Information Technology) instead of CSE (Computer Science Engineering). Though an undergraduate in CSE writes the "same" GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) paper which an undergraduate in IT writes.

In simple terms, how do you plan to use Linux (Mint)? As a programmer, web designed, support, teaching or something else?
