Linux Mint Forums

After doing some reading and trying Ubuntu 10.04, I found out that I bit more than I could chew in entering this new endeavor. Instead of giving up I decided to read more about different projects and found that might be the one that I need to start with so that I can get my feet wet and my knowledge base to be stronger. Right now I am pleased with Mint and the ease that this program for a n00b like me.

Welcome, Megaera. You sound just like me for I too started on Ubuntu 10.04 and although it was great at first, there were a few small things that bothered me and they eventually added up. Mint 9, on the other hand, has yet to disappoint. I guess it isn't that rare that people jump to Mint after Ubuntu turns out to not be that easy after all!
