Hi @ all!
I first saw Linux in action, when one of our Teachers had Ubuntu on his Laptop and showed us a program, back in 2007. I wanted to give it a try and a friend of mine, who used Kubuntu, told me to install Kubuntu too. I ran into problems with it (which I cant remember) so I installed Ubuntu then. I used Ubuntu for some time, when I first read about Linux Mint. I downloaded it and installed it and kinda fell in Love with it. Then my Laptop broke and I sold it then. I bought a Desktop PC then (2008) and since then I always had a Linux Partition on it. But until Mid 2010 I only used it some times and used Windows 7 as my main system. But then I wanted to give Mint 9 KDE a try and now its my main operating system . I also have a Windows partition, but I only use it to play games. Everything else is done in Mint! Cant wait for Mint 10 KDE!
Great OS!
