is it posible to uninstall a old kernel show it won't show up in Grub

Yes, this is possible.

Open synaptic and uninstall the old kernels.
After that open a terminal and type the following command:

Code: Select all

sudo update-grub

also make sure your not using the kernel.

'MY STUPID' but maybe others don't

Installed new kernel ok but tryied uninstalling old kernel with out reboot. :oops:
