Too presumptuous of me. Apologies.
I remade the Mint logo, as a proposal, with the following reasons:
* A green border, for contrast with clear backgrouds.
* No shades, wich is more modern look, and helps to blend with various backgrounds.
* A stronger green, wich makes it more highlighting. This can vary, I don't know if the linux mint team has a specific coded green as brand. If there's not, I think it should have, to be always consistent.
* Every element is proportional to the others.

Re: Mint logo
Not bad but I prefer another which I found some time ago by Googling for "linux mint logo". I use it as an icon for the menu:
Core i7-4770, Palit GTX 1660 Ti, 32GB DDR3 RAM, Firefox, Arch LTS w/ Cinnamon 5.2.7
