I'm using mint18 Sarah 64bit MATE and trying to disable an icon effect but cant find the feature for it. Anyway, when i click on a program icon shortcut on the panel, there is a splash effect from the icon. I cant find the option to disable the effect. Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
