18.1 Mate Preferences>Main Menu doesn't work right
Just did a fresh install of LinuxMint 18.1 Mate and ran all the upgrades. One of the first things I do when I do a fresh install is go to Menu>Applications>Preferences>Main Menu and uncheck all kinds of items that I don't need for my system. This makes the menu appearance much cleaner and simpler. A lot of the things I normally uncheck such as Bluetooth are already unchecked but they are still appearing in my Menu>Applications>Preferences. How do I get them to go away since they are already not supposed to be there?

My bad, just realized that there are now sub-menus under Preferences. Rather a confusing layout where it makes it appear as if things are in two places at once while you are in the Menu Editor.
