Hello J0kerNL and welcome to Linux Mint Forums,
The symbol usually means that the weather station you've chosen does not have any weather report, it may be having trouble. and only report the temp. at this time.
you can try switching to another station close to your location and see if it's working. or just wait and see if it comes back on line.
