Problem in Window selection for panel

Hello, somehow set the window selection not to show the drop-down list and the straight list unfolded. the problem occurred with the version of LM Mate 18.2. and still exists with LM Mate 18.3. Ubuntu Mate is all right. I attach screenshots. Thank you
