mate panels
I have a problem with mate panels and Google Chrome. When I have Chrome open, panels (top and bottom) will not display. If I open any other application they then display normally. Seems like chrome is forced to foreground. How can I change that?

Sounds like Chrome is running in full screen mode, While it is open, press
F11 to toggle it.
