help! «OAFIID:GNOME_USP». error on start menu

hey, i need help urgent... when i startup my amd64 mint-gloria system, the system tells me that theres an error: The panel encountered a problem while loading "OAFIID:GNOME_USP".
Do you want to delete the applet from your configuration?
" delete " " dont delete "

any help???

You should be able to fix this problem by restoring the panel. Type this into the terminal

gnome-session-remove gnome-panel
gconftool-2 --recursive-unset /apps/panel
gnome-panel &

In addition to what dwt0033 writes you should not have USP installed....
It's a Ubuntu menu looking somewhat like the mintMenu
