Mint Mate 19.3:
So why does "Unminimize" via the mate panel FAIL randomly. ?
and even when I right-click on it's properties, within the panel, and then left-click on "Unminimize", it still fails to open on the Desktop. ?
This has also happened with Mint Mate 18.*, ...
The apps of concern are as I said above randomly, for example, ALL apps, such as Mate-Terminal, Transmission, ....
so what gives ?
