Linux Mint 20 Mate - Window decorations don't show on initial login

Hey all,
I had a new install of Linux Mint Mate 20 that was working fine until one of the recent updates. Now, on initial login, no windows have the top row of decorations (window title, minimize, maximize, close). If I go into Menu->Preferences->Desktop Settings, and change to any other window manager, the icons come back and I can switch back to the first screen. Additionally, in the Desktop Settings, the Marco Settings do no show if I'm on Marco.
I looked through the dmesg and lightdm logs but I don't really see anything.
Is there a path to troubleshooting this?
