I've been getting used to Linux Mint 20.2 "Uma" - MATE (64-bit) and this thing bugs me. Is there a way to fix it and have it opening on primary only? (Btw tried latest Cinnamon and no such problem, opening on primary only there, but I prefer MATE more and want to stick with it).

Now not only 'Welcome' is shown as is should on primary, but I was also able to install the latest recommended prop driver (atm it's 460, as opposed to 390 which only worked for my machine b4 this fix)
