When I connect my computer with tv, the computer screen appears in the tv. Is it possible to make the tv screen appear in the monitor?

When you connect your computer to the tv, the computer does not know it is a tv. The computer thinks you have attached a second monitor. That is why the computer screen appears on the tv.
Linux Mint does have an app called Hypnotix where you can watch some TV channels on the computer, but I do not think that is what you meant by your question.
