I would like to report a bug on cinnamon 20.1
After installation you can log normally with your created account but when you try to execute a command whith privilege. The system return a falsme password.
Impossible to rescue with a reinit in grub (rw init=/ect/bash) or with rescatux.
Have you encountered this problem ?
Any solution ?
by the way I reinstalled a distribution with mate desktop and the problem no longer exist.

I have not encountered this problem and therefore I do not think it is a bug. By the way, that is not your root password the system is asking for; it's your user password.

I downloaded and installed the global one and everything is ok with the root and user password
Is it possible to prevent them ?
