Re: When Restoring?
So now that I have come to this point into the restore feature, I'm stuck here:
login screen entered my username then password and now it says this:
-bash: cannot create temp file for here-document: read-only file system
username:~$ [1092.879921] sd 7:0:0:0: [sdg] No Caching mode page found
[1092.880027] sd 7:0:0:0: [sdg] Assuming drive cache: write through

Nobody can help until you provide some useful information about your system and what you want to achieve,

What version is the snapshot (for instance 19.1 Mate),
What version have you got now that you want to get rid of (for instance 20.3 Cinnamon)
Once you post back, someone might be able to help.
