Language wont change, software-properties-gtk not working

Hey guys

Just installed Mint 14 Cinnamon 64bit.. And I have a few problems..

1): I can't open software sources, in terminal or though gnome control center.. In screenshot you can see error @ terminal.

2): Some parts of the system is in danish (my native language) and some are in english. I cant press the Language support, so I cant figure out whats wrong. Just nothing happens. Like you can see Terminal is in english and Nemo is in danish, its pretty weird

Any ideas here guys?

I have 64bit installed and what you describe works fine. However, if you open synaptic (Package Manager) you can edit the Software Sources there.
